WHERE iS MY BABY?!?!?!

This is my unborn baby Greg...
I planted him about three weeks ago and he still has yet to sprout!!!!!!:(:(
I water him everyday and keep him in my window sill in the sunlight by my bed...I really don't know what went wrong :(
